You will shape value propositions, drive audience growth, and collaborate with data, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver impactful member experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, experimentation, and market insight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with key partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment).
• Proven track record driving conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate technical discussions and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for member acquisition and engagement to drive monetization growth.
• Lead conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with stakeholders.
• Analyze data and partner with analytics teams to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to align on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and learning.
• Stay informed on gaming, monetization, personalization, and lifecycle trends.
