Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).
• Proven track record driving monetization opportunities and conversion funnels.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy to acquire and engage members, driving monetization growth.
• Lead conception, experiments, development, and delivery of new features with stakeholders.
• Drive analysis with data and analytics teams to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and lifecycle personalization strategies.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and measurement.
