Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales and regional teams, explore AI-enabled enhancements, and mentor teammates to raise product management practices across the services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using research, data and priorities to inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing and regional teams to scale capabilities.
• Support product transformation and explore AI enhancements for experimentation and value.
• Define product positioning, sales enablement materials and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen practices.
