Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead end-to-end product initiatives within the Test & Learn and Services teams. You will drive roadmap decisions using customer research, data insights, and market priorities.

Collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and regional teams, you will deliver scalable capabilities, enhance go-to-market readiness, and mentor junior teammates. Familiarity with AI and SaaS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering product enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using research, insights and data to inform roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery, and regional teams.
• Support platform enhancements and AI-enabled capabilities to boost experimentation and value.
• Advise regional and market teams on product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market plans including positioning and sales enablement.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration.
