Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking a Manager, Product Management for the Business Experimentation & Optimization team. You will own cross-functional product workstreams guided by customer research, market insights and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing and client delivery to scale AI-enabled experimentation platforms and drive adoption across merchant and issuer customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering product enhancements and new capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams leveraging research, insights and data to identify opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing and client delivery to deliver scalable product capabilities.
• Support product transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled experimentation and measurement.
• Act as trusted product partner for regional teams, guiding capabilities, use cases and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with positioning and launch materials.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and best practices.
