Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management within Business Experimentation & Optimization. You will lead end-to-end product workstreams, shape the Test & Learn platform, and partner with engineering, design, sales and client delivery to deliver scalable capabilities.

The role focuses on translating customer needs into product roadmaps, exploring AI-driven enhancements, and driving adoption across merchants, issuers and partners while mentoring teammates and strengthening go-to-market

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or related field.
• Proven track record delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of commercial impact on adoption and growth.
• Strong problem solving, prioritisation and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, SaaS products or Retail & Commerce merchants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using research and data to inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery to scale capabilities.
• Support platform enhancements and AI-enabled experimentation capabilities.
• Act as trusted partner for regional and market-facing teams.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with positioning, enablement, and launch plans.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration and discipline.
