Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Product Management within the Business Experimentation & Optimization area in Ireland. Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related field.
• Proven track record delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.
• Awareness of commercial considerations and customer growth implications.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using research, market insights, usage data and stakeholder feedback to inform product roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery and regional teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Support platform enhancements and new AI-enabled capabilities for experimentation, measurement, and optimisation.
• Serve as a trusted product partner for regional teams, guiding on capabilities and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with product positioning and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
