Job summary

Mastercard Ireland seeks a Senior Specialist, Product Management to lead onboarding and support for Monday.com and Aha! across the enterprise. You will work with engineering, product, and vendor teams to drive adoption, resolve issues, and optimize workflows at scale.

You will configure boards, templates, and dashboards, deliver regular demonstrations, and ensure data quality while coordinating changes with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Deep understanding and/or background of managing platform tools across an enterprise.
• Experience with Monday.com, Aha! and Jira Cloud / Atlassian ecosystem, a plus.
• Experience as a Monday.com or Aha! Sys Admin (or similar SaaS tool) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Monday.com and Aha! support, handling Remedy tickets and onboarding queries.
• Facilitate onboarding of customers to Monday.com and Aha!, including license validation and user provisioning.
• Configure and optimize boards, templates, dashboards, and workflows at workspace & enterprise level.
• Conduct demos and office hours to troubleshoot and guide users on best practices.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot integration issues and tool enhancements.
• Support CRQ planning and execution for tool configuration updates and API changes.
• Monitor day-to-day platform activity to ensure data quality and resiliency.
• Build and manage reporting through dashboards, DOMO, Confluence and other tools.
• Develop and improve Confluence pages and training resources.
