Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking a Senior Analyst for Customer Onboarding and Partnership to lead technical solution design, drive onboarding and implementation, and ensure compliance with standards throughout delivery.

You will coordinate across commercial, product, and engineering teams, mentor juniors, and maintain high-quality technical documentation while bridging business and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development and object-oriented design expertise.
• Understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, NPM, or Webpack.
• Strong software architecture and solution design capabilities.
• Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer solutions.
• Payments, commerce, or financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading customer implementations.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
• Driving customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
• Ensuring solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope.
• Establishing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinating execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
