Job summary

BrightWork, a Galway-based and worker-owned cooperative, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead BrightWork 365 on Microsoft 365. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, translate insights into opportunities, and steer the roadmap for a high-impact, AI-ready project and portfolio management solution.

Help Shape the Future of Project and Portfolio Management on Microsoft 365

BrightWork is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the next stage of growth for BrightWork 365, our project and portfolio management solution built on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys understanding customers, discovering market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and influencing the direction of a growing business.

You will work closely with customers, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure we are building the right product for the right customers and creating meaningful business value.

What You’ll Do

Own Product Strategy

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and long-term direction for BrightWork 365.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
• Help shape the future of project and portfolio management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Understand Customers and Markets

• Conduct customer research and discovery.

Drive the Product Roadmap

• Prioritize investments and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with B2B Software products.
