Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS or platform products.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, owning complex roadmaps and prioritization across competing needs.
• Experience taking products from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and iteration.
• Experience working with software engineering on technically complex products.
• Strong influence across large, cross-functional organisations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for key areas within Deployment Technology.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization across connected capabilities.
• Evolve priorities based on customer insight, adoption data and technical learning.
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure high-quality execution.
• Validate problems with strategic customers, partners and implementation teams.
• Drive adoption across customers and partner ecosystem with enablement teams.
• Define success metrics and use insights to guide roadmap decisions.
• Shape AI-enabled deployment experiences including Skills, MCP-based tools and automation.
• Influence senior stakeholders and represent Deployment Technology in forums.
• Mentor other Product Managers and align execution with strategy.
