Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and owning initiatives through discovery, delivery and iteration.
• Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing important customer and deployment problems.
• Own defined initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration.
• Work with customers, partners and implementation teams to understand problems and shape solutions.
• Translate complex problems into clear product priorities and user experiences.
• Partner with engineering and design, balancing customer value, feasibility and direction.
• Use customer insight and data to measure outcomes and improve capabilities.
• Apply AI tooling to enable AI-enabled experiences including MCP-based tools and automation.
