Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital products, enabling AI and cloud migration initiatives while enhancing customer experience.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams, report to the Chief Product Officer, and support a hybrid work model with two onsite days in Dublin.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Proven experience managing digital products across their lifecycle, from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization


• Strong skills in defining product strategies, setting priorities, and measuring success through KPIs and analytics


• Expertise in developing customer-facing web or mobile applications with real user data


• Ability to work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align technology initiatives with business goals

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience supporting cloud transformation or Azure projects


• Exposure to AI, automation, or innovative digital programs


• Background in helping organizations transition to a product-led operational model


• Experience working in regulated or customer-centric environments

Preferred education and experience:

• Degree in technology, business, or related fields


• Several years of product management experience within digital, SaaS, or innovative tech sectors

Additional requirements:

• Flexibility to work onsite two days a week in Dublin
