Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager in Dublin to lead procurement activities across large-scale infrastructure projects within a European context. You will manage PQQ/ITT processes, liaise with legal teams, and oversee the tender dialogue to ensure robust procurement outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in procurement with 5+ years leading end-to-end activities, and experience with PPP/DBFOM contracts.

Qualifications

• 10 years in complex procurement with 5+ years leading activities end-to-end.
• Experience with PPP/DBFOM contracts.
• Knowledge of EU public procurement rules and construction procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support development and production of procurement documents for pre-qualification and selection.
• Manage PQQ and ITT evaluation process including evaluator training.
• Coordinate the technical workstream of the tender dialogue and preparation.
