Qualifications

• Proven track record in preconstruction/procurement leadership.
• Experience developing procurement strategies for large projects.
• Experience on complex projects with international exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction process on major European projects from tender to handover.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with programme, risk and commercial objectives.
• Manage tendering, evaluation, negotiation and placement of major subcontract packages.
• Identify and engage supply chain partners across Ireland and European markets.
• Collaborate with estimating and commercial teams on cost plans, tenders and VE proposals.
• Coordinate design development and early contractor involvement with clients and consultants.
• Identify and manage preconstruction risk and ensure clear scopes and interfaces.
