Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for hands-on technical leadership in parenteral drug product manufacturing, based on-site in Athlone, Ireland. You will anchor floor operations, support tech transfers, PPQs, real-time troubleshooting and process optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or biotech and a strong background in manufacturing sciences for biologics or injectable products, plus experience with data-visualization tools and cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
Hands-on background in manufacturing sciences, process development, or technical operations for biologics or parenteral/injectable drug products.
Proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SIMCA, Statistica).
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaborative presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Floor Leadership & Execution: Real-time decision-making and rapid issue resolution on active manufacturing campaigns; lead CAPAs.
Tech Transfer & Scale-Up: Support technology transfers from R&D to commercial manufacturing facilities, assess facility fit and process robustness.
Data Analytics & Trending: Real-time campaign data monitoring and multivariate analysis using visualization tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to refine SOPs, batch records, and productivity.
Regulatory Support: Draft technical reports and assist with regulatory filings, audits, and RTQs.
