Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software architecture with hardware/software co-design for embedded systems.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor industry or related fields (FPGA, SoC, ASIC).
• Strong embedded programming: C, C++, Python; RTOS and bare-metal knowledge.
• Experience with debugging tools including JTAG and logic analyzers.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of embedded software systems with hardware co-design.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to meet performance, power, and reliability requirements.
• Oversee firmware, device drivers, and OS interactions for resource-constrained environments.
• Mentor software teams and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Define system-level requirements and communicate architecture to leadership.
