Job summary

IPB Insurance in Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, seeks a Senior Pricing Actuary to report to the Actuarial Director. The role supports a hybrid pattern (two days in the office, three days remote in Ireland) with some additional office days as required.

You will develop pricing models, governance and insights to support underwriting strategy, portfolio performance and regulatory expectations, working across Actuarial, Underwriting and Exposure Management.

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary.
• Robust technical knowledge of general insurance pricing techniques and analytical systems.
• Understanding of Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pricing models and governance across lines of business.
• Provide pricing recommendations for large submissions and ensure pricing reflects claims experience, exposure and costs.
• Lead pricing governance, model documentation and compliance with Solvency II requirements.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Underwriting and Exposure Management to align pricing with risk appetite.
