Job summary

An established Irish insurance organisation in Dublin is seeking a Senior Pricing Actuary to shape pricing across the company portfolio and work cross-functionally with underwriting and exposure management teams.

You will develop and deliver pricing models, lead annual reviews, and provide technical price recommendations while aligning outputs with risk appetite and capital requirements. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary with pricing experience in general insurance.
• Strong actuarial modelling and analytics skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulations.
• Experience collaborating with underwriting and portfolio teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pricing models and lead annual pricing reviews.
• Incorporate claims trends, exposure, reinsurance and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen pricing governance with robust methodologies.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Underwriting and Exposure Management teams.
• Align pricing outputs with risk appetite and capital objectives.
