Job summary

An established Irish insurance organisation in Dublin is seeking a Senior Pricing Actuary to shape pricing across the company portfolio and work cross-functionally with underwriting and exposure management teams.

You will develop and deliver pricing models, lead annual reviews, and provide technical price recommendations while aligning outputs with risk appetite and capital requirements. Hybrid working model offered.

About Your New Job

• As a Senior Pricing Actuary, you will develop and deliver pricing models, lead annual pricing reviews, and provide technical price recommendations.
• You will ensure pricing integrates claims trends, exposure, reinsurance, and regulatory requirements, supporting sustainable underwriting performance and portfolio management.
• You will strengthen pricing governance by embedding frameworks, leading internal reviews, and maintaining transparent methodologies.
• You will collaborate across Actuarial, Underwriting, and Exposure Management teams to enhance pricing strategy and inform business planning and strategic initiatives.
• As a Senior Pricing Actuary you will play a pivotal role in aligning pricing outputs with risk appetite, capital requirements, and overall business objectives.

What Skills You Need

• Qualified actuary with robust technical expertise in general insurance pricing (preferably Commercial Lines).
• Strong command of actuarial modelling, analytics, and portfolio management practices.
• In-depth understanding of the Irish insurance market and relevant regulations.
• Demonstrated experience working with underwriting and portfolio management teams.
