Job summary

Apto is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for data centre projects across Europe from Dublin, with a focus on strategic sourcing, negotiations and contract management. You will partner with Design, Construction, Legal, Finance and Operations to define scope and schedules.

We value deep experience in professional services procurement for large-scale facilities, multi-country programs and ESG-conscious vendor selection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, QS, SCM or equivalent.
• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain or commercial management.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills for complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for data centre projects across Europe.
• Manage supplier due diligence, pre-qualifications and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with timelines, budgets and risk.
• Negotiate, finalize contracts and drive cost transparency throughout the lifecycle.
