Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an SMB Technical Architect to act as a technical lead in pre‑sales, translating customer requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will own architecture workshops, design proof‑of‑concepts, and drive value across CIO/CTO audiences.

You will work with SMB customers across EMEA, leveraging deep platform knowledge to de‑risk deployments, accelerate adoption, and guide long‑term technical success. Travel is occasional as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering or STEM field.
• Extensive experience in system architecture/solution engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or enterprise software ecosystems.

• Lead pre-sales engagements to translate customer needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and present technical roadmaps and POCs for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive deals forward.
• Guide implementation strategy including security, hosting, and integration considerations.
