Qualificações

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Budget and financial management proficiency.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• PMBOK or PRINCE2 knowledge or certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and governance.
• Lead complex projects from initiation through closure.
• Oversee financials, business cases, cash flow and budget tracking.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks and cross-functional issues.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps and reporting.
• Track benefits realization and key outcome metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT/Solution Delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings and present progress, insights and recommendations.
• Drive problem solving, continuous improvement and decision-making.
• Manage workforce structures supporting transformation initiatives.
