Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract to lead a retail transformation programme in Dublin. Hybrid working with work-from-home discussions and a daily rate of €500-€650 will apply.

You will oversee delivery of a large B2B system, coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. Strong vendor and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Project Management Experience.
• Management of retail transformation projects is beneficial, ability to understand various functions within a large retail operation.
• Strong vendor management experience, able to handle a multi-vendor environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, ability to handle different personalities objections and help to keep things on track.
• The “usual” PM skills – budgeting, risk management, RAID etc.
• Experience in a B2B project within a retail setting is desirable, exposure to associated tech such as PIM, ERP, Warehouse systems, POS tech etc.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the overall delivery of a new B2B system, a huge suite of custom built applications across multiple vendors and input from various stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery to ensure on-time, on-scope and on-budget outcomes.
• Coordinate multi-vendor activities and resolve blockers to keep the programme on track.
