Scopely in Dublin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team on a hybrid basis. You will lead the roadmap, oversee the feature lifecycle, and ensure delivery of core features with a strong focus on monetisation and player engagement.

You will leverage data to drive strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor colleagues while communicating with senior leadership to align on goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management for a F2P mobile game.
• Proven track record in monetisation, engagement systems, and content development.
• Strong data-native mindset translating metrics into strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: shape roadmap and oversee feature lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Player's Advocate: prioritize player experience and address issues to improve the game.
