Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT life assurance digital transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. The role supports an existing IT Life Assurance team and collaborates with our programme manager on a major program.

The position is a 12-month maternity leave cover, offering a salary around €80-90k with benefits, and requires strong Agile delivery experience across multi-location teams and vendor

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience in large, complex programs or projects.
• Experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation in the FS sector.
• Strong track record delivering in an Agile environment across multi-location teams.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology and change teams.
• Define project scope, objectives and delivery plans aligned to business priorities.
• Manage governance, reporting and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Own project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
• Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Provide clear, concise status updates to project teams and senior leadership.
