Korn Ferry is seeking a dynamic Programme Manager/Delivery Lead to drive a large digital transformation for a major financial services client in Ireland. The role is Dublin city centre with 3-4 days onsite, initial 6-12 months with view to permanent.

You will mobilise an evolving programme, align senior stakeholders, build delivery structure, and ensure momentum across platform delivery, AI capabilities, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as Programme Manager or Delivery Lead delivering large tech/digital programmes.

Programme Manager/ Delivery Lead- Digital Transformation

The Opportunity

Korn Ferry are seeking a dynamic and hands on Programme Manager/Delivery Lead to work with our client, a well-respected financial services client in Ireland.

This is a key delivery role requiring someone who can come into an evolving programme, quickly understand the work completed to date and turn this into a clear, practical plan for mobilisation and delivery.

The successful candidate will bring the energy, pace and experience to drive the programme forward, working closely with senior stakeholders to determine the appropriate delivery structure, resources and capabilities required. They will ideally have experience building or delivering financial services, online banking, trading or large-scale digital platforms, with a strong appreciation of working within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the programme as it transitions from planning into mobilisation and delivery
• Review the work completed to date and turn this into a clear, pragmatic delivery plan
• Determine the resource and capability required to successfully deliver the programme, including Programme Management, Business Analysis and technical resources.
• Provide hands-on leadership and momentum, ensuring the programme moves forward at pace
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to align programme objectives, priorities and delivery requirements
• Support the transition and handover from existing consulting support into the longer-term delivery model
• Support the development of a platform designed with AI capability at its core
• Work across the wider organisation as future integration requirements develop
• Bring structure, clarity and strong delivery judgement to an evolving and strategically important programme
• Act as a visible, senior presence within the Dublin city centre delivery teams, promoting best practices and cross-team alignment

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager, Programme Director or Delivery Lead delivering significant technology and digital programmes
• Seasoned, energetic and hands-on, with a strong track record of taking programmes from planning through mobilisation and into execution
• Strong experience of building or delivering complex digital platforms, ideally within financial services, online banking, wealth management or trading
• Good understanding of technology and engineering environments, with the ability to work credibly with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of modern digital platforms and an appreciation of AI-native technology and delivery
• Excellent programme and resource-planning capability, with the ability to determine what people and skills are required at different stages of delivery
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to influence, challenge and drive decisions
• Comfortable operating where not everything has been fully defined and able to bring structure and direction quickly
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to hit the ground running
