Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Product Manager for the Observability product team focused on logs and log analytics. You will guide end-to-end lifecycle for logs, from ingestion to intelligent alerting, and align features with SRE needs.

Collaboration with engineering, UX, and marketing will shape the product’s impact. The role emphasizes turning complex problems into prioritized solutions, with a strong emphasis on communication, industry trends and remote collaboration in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities in line with strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for modern SRE, including GenAI integration and automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver top-notch observability experiences.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis and feature adoption.
• Monitor user engagement and feedback to inform evolution of products.
