Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (Platform Experience) to own and evolve an internal platform serving multiple product and development teams. You will work across frontend and backend, APIs, integrations, security, and architecture for reliable, scalable workflows.

You will collaborate with AI automation teams to support agent-driven workflows and ensure robust observability and access controls while driving long-term platform reliability in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end web product experience across frontend and backend.
• Production experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing complex workflows that interact with multiple external systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing platform experiences for analytics, releases, live operations, and other daily workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for the internal platform.
• Develop a robust integration layer for external systems with authentication, rate limiting, caching, and failure handling.
• Build orchestration capabilities for scheduled and event-driven workflows.
• Implement RBAC, multi-tenant data isolation, SSO, OIDC, and audit logging.
