Job summary

EggAI is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and operate cloud-native platforms for enterprise AI workloads. You will own the Kubernetes platform for client engagements, from Terraform definitions to production reliability, while collaborating with a small team of engineers.

You’ll work directly with client engineers, maintain SLOs, observability, and cost controls, and shape self-service pathways for delivery teams. The role emphasizes deep technical execution and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure/platform/SRE roles
• Production Kubernetes experience: 3+ years
• Terraform in production; Helm/Kustomize
• Major cloud in depth: AWS/GCP/Azure

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate the Kubernetes platform for the engagement
• Lead architecture discussions for your part of the platform
• Take ownership and drive clarity when issues arise
• Build self-service paths for delivery engineers
• Own reliability: SLOs, observability, incident response, cost
• Collaborate with client engineers in daily standups, planning, reviews
