Job summary

Mastercard Bray, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of internet infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on aligning architecture with security, scalability and availability standards, working across application teams and stakeholders, and delivering high-level technical requirements and architecture documents.

You will interface with user communities and engineering teams, producing TADs and models while ensuring accuracy, consistency and currency

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network and OS principles and web middleware.
• Ability to work under pressure in an independent environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration in matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate requirements with architects, engineers and users to ensure that all high level requirements are met.
• Produce products such as TADs, technical documents, logical flows, and models to keep stakeholders updated and aligned.
• Maintain architectural products and inputs in the most current state.
• Resolve internet architectural and operational problems impacting infrastructure and product availability globally.
• Lead regional projects including planning, time and cost control, and resource utilization.
