Job summary

TestReach in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Architect to define and evolve the technical architecture of the TestReach platform. You will lead architectural decisions across distributed engineering teams, balance innovation with delivery speed, and ensure security, scalability and long-term platform sustainability in a high-stakes online assessment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s advantageous.
• 8-10 years in software engineering with architectural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture for the platform.
• Embed security-by-design across systems and reviews of NFRs.
• Lead architectural decisions, review major designs and ensure code quality.
• Guide cloud and infrastructure architecture, CI/CD, observability and deployment patterns.
• Define data architecture standards and API design.
• Mentor engineers on AI/ML integration and guardrails.
