Job summary

RapidRatings in Ireland (Dublin) is seeking a deeply technical senior leader to own the cloud platform, resilience, security posture, and AI infrastructure powering our products. The role blends systems engineering with modern SRE practices, bridging low-level cloud architecture and high-scale distributed systems.

You will lead the SRE team, set platform standards, and build paved-road infrastructure for AI agents and product squads, with a bias toward self-healing, cost awareness, and blameless

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading distributed SRE/infrastructure teams.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes (EKS) at scale.
• Strong Linux, networking, and distributed systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud platform, resilience, security posture, and AI infrastructure.
• Lead the SRE functions, telemetry, SLOs, and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Design paved-road infrastructure for scalable, cost-aware delivery.
• Mentor and manage international squads while setting platform standards.
