Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Planning Manager for the Dublin office to lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules. You will ensure alignment with milestones, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, while guiding junior staff and delivering robust reporting.

You will mentor teams, analyze data, and provide strategic scheduling guidance to PMO and Assurance functions, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex project schedules.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of fully integrated project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Monitor progress and escalate variances to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration to integrate scheduling activities.
• Provide schedule reporting, data insights, and governance documentation.
