Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Planner/Planning Manager to lead programme planning for major projects in Germany. You will own the programme strategy from tender through delivery and mentor a team of planners, reporting to the Operations Director.

The role requires relocation to Germany and close collaboration with site, commercial and design teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or related field, substantial main contractor planning experience,

Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
Significant planning experience with a main contractor.
Advanced Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of master and detailed construction programmes across multiple projects.
Own programme strategy at tender stage and through to delivery.
Carry out critical path analysis, delay analysis and recovery planning.
Prepare programme reporting for project teams, senior management and clients.
Manage, mentor and support planners across the business.
Work with site, commercial and design teams to keep programmes accurate and achievable.
