Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment represents a leading Irish law firm seeking an ambitious litigation lawyer with a focus on planning, environmental, regulatory and public law disputes in Dublin.

The role involves advising on judicial reviews, regulatory disputes and high-stakes matters before courts and regulatory bodies, with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with minimum 2+ years' PQE.
• Hands-on High Court litigation experience in Ireland.
• Experience in judicial review, regulatory, public law or commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through to hearing, resolution and appeal where required.
• Advise clients on judicial reviews, regulatory disputes, statutory challenges and public law proceedings.
• Draft legal opinions and correspondence, as well as pleadings, affidavits and written submissions in appropriate cases.
• Work closely with clients, counsel, expert witnesses and technical consultants.
• Work as part of a high-performance team, capable of progressing matters independently.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies as appropriate.
• Engage in continuous learning and development of specialist expertise.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client briefings, legal updates and thought leadership activities.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees where appropriate.
