We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Associate to join their Planning & Environment team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly Planning & Environment team, advising clients on complex planning and environmental matters across major development, infrastructure and energy projects.
The role will involve advising on planning applications, consenting strategies and environmental licensing, alongside leading Judicial Review, injunction and enforcement proceedings. The successful candidate will also handle planning and environmental due diligence for M&A and financing transactions, draft legal opinions and client updates, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to industry and business development initiatives.
- 4+ years’ PQE;
- Strong planning law experience;
- Strong academic background;
