Job summary

Beauchamps LLP is seeking a Planning & Environmental Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join our Dublin-based Projects, Infrastructure & Energy team. You will handle a portfolio of client transactions, advising on planning, EIARs, NISs and related due diligence, reporting to PIE partners.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on consenting strategies and planning processes, including pre-application reviews.
• Lead judicial reviews and injunction proceedings in planning and environment matters.
• Defend enforcement actions and draft formal legal opinions.
• Lead due diligence for planning/environmental aspects of M&A and financing deals.
• Prepare client briefings on developments in planning and environmental law.
