Sisk is seeking a Senior Planner to support current and upcoming projects in the Limerick area. You will lead programme development, scheduling, and reporting across pre-construction and construction phases, coordinating with design, procurement and site teams.

The role emphasises 4D modelling, risk assessment, and effective communication of project progress to the management team. A strong background in planning for large offices, healthcare or residential builds is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading planning teams on large-scale construction.
• Proficiency in planning software (Asta, Primavera, Synchro).

Responsabilités

• Lead baseline and construction programmes with critical-path linkage.
• Prepare tender event programmes and manage documentation in CDE.
• Develop 4D models or 2D phasing to illustrate build sequencing.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and tracking schedules.
• Coordinate with supply chain to align design, lead-ins, and resources.
