Job summary

Sisk Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Planner to lead the planning and project controls function across our data centre and construction portfolio. You will develop baselines, monitor progress, manage risks and report to senior management and the Board.

The role requires expertise in 4D/2D planning, CDE processes and strong leadership of junior planners. Essential skills include construction planning on live projects, ASTA Powerproject proficiency, and knowledge of NEC/JCT contract

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction planning on live projects.
Advanced knowledge of planning software and programme reporting tools.
Strong understanding of NEC/JCT contract frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead baseline programmes development covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Prepare construction target programmes to identify improvements compared to contracts.
Develop tender event programmes for subcontractor procurement and lead-in activities.
Maintain accurate programme docs within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
Produce 4D/2D models to illustrate build sequence and phasing.
Identify programme risks and apply mitigation measures and time risk allowances.
Collaborate with teams to develop construction methodologies and sequencing.
Support preliminaries docs including staffing, logistics and temporary works.
