Job summary

Jones Engineering in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler/Planner to support tender and construction schedules for M&E contracting projects. You will work with the site team to capture progress and log changes.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency, 3–5 years post-qualification experience, and a hands-on approach to tracking budgets, risks and CP/Time Impact analyses.

Qualifications

• Relevant 3rd level qualification.
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in an M&E contracting environment.
• Experience using Primavera P6 is required.
• Site-based role with either standard week or rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Build/develop tender schedules.
• Build/develop construction schedules.
• Updates/progress tracking.
• Time Impact Analysis.
• Critical Path & Risk Analysis.
• Contract compliance.
• Coordinate with construction team to log issues via change control.
• Attend site meetings (internal and client based).
• Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes.
• Use of Jones Engineering internal database project control system.
• Take lead in production/coordination in issuing of weekly construction reports.
