Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an HVAC Engineer to work on-site in Kinsale, Co. Cork as part of a multidiscipline project engineering team. The role focuses on HVAC/Building Services design for Pharma/Biotech industries.

Deliverables include AF&IDs, design calculations, chiller design, and BMS interfaces. You will coordinate with HVAC contractors during construction and commissioning, ensuring schedule and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• BE degree preferred for the role.
• 5–10+ years experience in HVAC/Mechanical design and construction environments.
• Good communications and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the HVAC and Building Services Design for Pharma/Biotech as part of a multi-disciplined projects team.
• Preparation of HVAC deliverables, including AF&IDs, HVAC design calculations, chillers design, assisting BMS design and utility systems design.
• Generating detailed scope of work packages for HVAC contractors for tender / procurement process.
