Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to lead paid video across product launches, campaigns and always-on activity. You will craft platform-native assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, using AI where it adds speed and impact.

You will drive concept development, localization across markets and formats, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a high craft bar and fast turnaround speeds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance video creation in high-volume in-house or agency settings.
• In-depth experience with fintech/crypto or regulated industries is preferred.
• Showcase a portfolio with AI-assisted work and traditional cuts.

Responsibilities

• Own paid Kraken Consumer video across launches, campaigns and always-on activity.
• Build assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X per platform specs.
• Concept and cut cross-format video sets from idea to final approval.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video; optimize tooling and workflows.
• Localize and scale creative across markets, languages and regulatory needs.
• Design with testing in mind; translate test results into next ideas.
