Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance Video Editor to craft short-form Meta ads for a direct-to-consumer wellness brand. This fully remote role requires someone who can turn scripts and AI assets into engaging content that drives acquisition.

You will collaborate with the VP of Growth, refine outputs with data-driven feedback, and explore AI-powered tools to enhance production. Expect about six high-quality videos monthly.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing hands-on experience editing direct-to-consumer paid social ads
• Experience editing UGC-style ads with effective hooks and pacing
• Strong storytelling instincts and pacing with effective cuts and music design
• Familiarity with AI-powered production tools (AI voiceovers, AI animation)

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form video ads (1–2 minutes) for Meta campaigns
• Transform scripts, footage and assets into persuasive ads with hooks and pacing
• Create concepts that capture attention and drive direct-to-consumer acquisition
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes as needed
• Ensure captions match scripts with consistent quality
• Incorporate feedback from leadership and apply learnings to future outputs
• Monitor ad performance and inform editing decisions
• Manage projects independently via ClickUp and meet deadlines
• Contribute to in-house creative team with repeatable editing practices
• Produce ~6 videos per month depending on format and complexity
