Job summary

You will design tests, analyze results and drive improvements across applications, databases and infrastructure, employing AI-assisted approaches for insights and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
• Proficient programming and automation using Java, Groovy, Python or shell scripting.
• End-to-end performance engineering covering NFRs, workload modelling and test strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and execute performance and load tests, driving resolutions.
• Define and measure key performance indicators like RPS, concurrency and response times.
• Perform deep-dive analysis across Java apps, databases, middleware and infra.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis across layers.
• Develop and enhance performance test frameworks and automation tools.
• I ntegrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish gates.
