Aon plc in Ireland is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to lead Defined Benefit pension administration for our client base. You will act as the primary operational and technical contact, supporting Trustees, members and internal teams with clear communication and structured problem solving.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aon Ireland's Defined Benefit team in a visible, client-facing role that combines technical pension expertise, operational delivery and stakeholder engagement. You will work directly with clients and Trustees, influence service delivery, support process improvements and help drive high quality outcomes for members and scheme partners. You will partner with Scheme Administrators, Consultants, and GCC colleagues. You will receive support from a wider Wealth team passionate about quality, integrity, continuous improvement, and client outcomes. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening Aon's trusted partnership with Defined Benefit pension scheme clients across Ireland.
