Responsibilities

• Lead Operations strategy and execution across integration, new product development, and commercialization.
• Voice of Operations on Core Team, shaping program direction and decisions.
• Define scope, timelines, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Plan integration across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Partner cross-functionally to balance standardization with critical knowledge preservation.
• Shape manufacturing and supply chain strategies with internal and external partners.
• Establish performance metrics and drive DRM for reliable, scalable products.
• Serve as primary Operations liaison across Core Team and leadership.
• Influence stakeholders and establish governance, comms, and escalation paths.
• Lead a global, cross-functional Operations team aligned to program needs.
• Address capability and capacity with leaders, fostering accountability and problem-solving.
