Job summary

Cpl in Limerick is recruiting a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function for Ireland and the UK, reporting to the CFO. You will oversee multi-frequency payrolls, implement payroll systems, and mentor the payroll team.

The role collaborates with HR, IT and Finance to drive a fully integrated payroll platform and ensure compliance with Revenue & HMRC. The position is permanent and onsite in Limerick with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• IPASS payroll qualification is required.
• 6+ years of payroll experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Irish payroll and HR policies.
• Exposure to UK payroll is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and processing of multi-frequency payrolls under deadlines.
• Oversee weekly and monthly payrolls for Ireland and the UK.
• Upload bank files for employee pay and ensure accuracy.
