TLI Group Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee weekly and monthly payroll for three entities across Ireland and the UK. You will maintain payroll data, ensure timely processing, and manage deductions, pensions, and benefits.

Be prepared to lead the payroll function, drive accuracy, and collaborate with Finance and HR to adapt procedures to legislative changes and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll experience in a lead role.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional payroll operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive understanding of payroll principles, practice and standards.
• Strong Payroll Software and Excel experience.
• Target driven with initiative and collaboration.
• Experience handling deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Experience leading system implementations or payroll transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Management of the weekly/monthly payroll process for 3 entities across Ireland and the UK.
• Maintaining payroll information and ensuring proper approvals.
• Ensure payroll data is entered accurately and timely.
• Understand different working hour contracts and rates.
• Manage all payroll deductions and benefits.
• Calculate bonuses, holiday, sick, maternity, overtime payments.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
• Post payroll journals and maintain reconciliations in Excel.
• Liaise with accounting for correct coding of wages.
• Process monthly submissions to Revenue/HMRC and payroll reporting.
