The client, a major player in the green energy sector, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the Finance Team in Limerick. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing and drive the expansion of payroll systems and guidelines.

You will manage multi-frequency payrolls for Ireland and the UK, lead a payroll team, and collaborate with HR, IT and Finance to deliver a fully integrated payroll platform.

Qualificações

• 6+ years' payroll experience in a large corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and Irish Payroll.
• UK payroll exposure is advantageous.
• Ability to work on own initiative with excellent organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the preparation and processing of multi-frequency payrolls.
• Oversee weekly and monthly payrolls for Ireland and UK.
• Upload bank files for employee pay when needed.
• Implement controls to verify payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and Finance to integrate payroll systems.
• Support and mentor payroll staff.
• Administer employee expenses payments.
• Ensure reporting for Revenue and HMRC commitments.
• Produce information to support audits.
